UCC Coffee shop, Shatin New Town Plaza

Before leaving the mall, we hopped in UCC for a quick coffee break!

While waiting for our coffee, I took a photo of my mum. She looks very relaxed, doesn't she? :)

Strawberry waffles with fruit yoghurt

I usually order Sumiyaki coffee (which is Japanese for charcoal roasted coffee) @UCC because of the deep rich aroma and the smooth flavor. The coffee cup and saucer look so lovely with those little flowers! ^^
