Kasbah, Central

Kasbah in Central serves dishes from Algeria, Tunisia & Morocco.

Cool & hot mezze (appetizers): Zaalouk (aubergine salad), Mechouia (mixed grilled veggies), Boureck (meat filled pastry triangles), Cigares (cheese & mint rolled filo pastry) and hommos (creamy dip made of pureed chickpeas)

Refreshing Virgin Mojito

Tagine of chicken with preserved lemon confit, artichoke and green olives

Tagine of sea bass filet with red bell pepper sauce and traditional Chermoula marinade
