Korean BBQ @ Kaya Korean Restaurant, Causeway Bay

Bek Se Ju (literally "100 years wine") is a traditional Korean rice wine, mixed with 12 oriental herbs and using ginseng as the major ingredient.

Beef "hoe" is a raw beef dish served with wasabi and red pepper paste and wrapped in shredded radish, cucumber, carrot and Korean perilla leaves.

Galbi (marinated beef short ribs) and other meat dishes, accompanied with various banchan (small side dishes)

Bulgogi (marinated barbecued beef) is my favorite! Tasty and juicy~

Yukhoe is raw grounded beef topped with raw egg.

Grilled eel

Spicy stir-fried octopus, too spicy for my taste!

Korean pancake dish "Bindaetteok" is made of ground mung beans with seafood, green onions, peppers cooked in a frying pan.

Beef noodle was cooked in front of us.

Sansachun rice wine is made from corn starch and hawthorn.
