Tsat Hay Noodle and Congee House @Wanchai

Signature "Yi mein noodle soup with shrimps in satay sauce" was scrumptious! Meaty shrimps with springy yi mein noodle basted with robust satay sauce! I just loved it to every bite!!

Fresh fish skin is a real delicacy. It's not as common and popular as the deep-fried version but definitely worth trying....of course if you're not yucked by the look of it :P It might not look appetizing (some say it reminds them of snake skin) nevertheless it's very crunchy and tasty!
