Gamberi: shrimp roasted in a cast iron pan with tomato, garlic and chili with grilled bread

Bruschetta: grilled rustic bread with basil, garlic and olive oil

Mista: mixed lettuce, roma tomatoes, carrots, gorgonzola and balsamic dressing

Insalata di Spinaci: spinach with grilled red onions, tomatoes, bacon, ricotta salata and walnuts

Pizzetta Gorgonzola: gorgonzola, walnuts and marinated red onions

Frutti di Mare: spaghetti with mussels, clams, shrimps, calamari and garlic in a light tomato sauce

My favorite! Mafaldine pasta with shrimp, asparagus, tomato and cream, mouthwatering~~

Conchiglie Salsiccia with house-made fennel sausage, caramelized onions and tomato

Gemelli pasta with smoked and grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and cream

Panna Cotta: eggless vanilla bean custard with strawberries, marinated in lemon and grappa

Chocolate Souffle: warm chocolate souffle cake with melted chocolate center, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and vanilla bean ice cream
