hi! thats really cute.. i happened to chance upon your blog and was looking at some past entries.. cld u enlighten me.. how do you order the "fish noodles" made out entirely of fish? i know.. yu dan fan is like, the fish balls with hor fun.. but whats fish noodles called?

Fish noodles is called "Yu mein" (魚麵) or "yu mian" in mandarin.
