Latte The hot croissant with tuna and creamy mushroom was really good! It's probably the most delicious croissant I had in Hong Kong! The buttery taste and crispy crust are comparable with the Belgian and French version :)

Hi there!
I had done a run of HK cafes last year but didn't get to make it to Sai Kung. Definitely sounds like it's worth it! Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
I love your site, just discovered it 30 minutes ago and I can already tell that even if I never meet you, this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship... I've been searching for someone who loves good cafes in Hong Kong and I'm desperately happy to see your site.
The first thing I thought when I visited was "I need to tell her about Colour Brown", but I see you've already discovered it. It's definitely my favourite in Hong Kong, but I might be biased because the owner is such a sweetie.
Cheers!
Andrew
ps: If you haven't tried Edwin's (the owner) homemade tofu cheesecake, you absolutely must. It's subtle and delicately superb.
He also roasts his own coffee upstairs in an impressive roaster of his own.
